What Is a Peltier Module ?
It is a semi conductive element , when powered on, generates heat on one side and cools on the other. Using its hot surface, we can use it for heating. For example, the hot water in our water dispenser uses this principle, and similarly, the cold water in our water dispenser uses its cold surface to transfer cold energy to the water, causing the temperature of the water to decrease. So, we utilize these two features to achieve many of the functions we need. Generally speaking, we use its cooling effect more often, mainly because we use its Peltier effect. With good heat treatment on the reverse side, the temperature of the cooling side will reach a very low temperature, which also depends on the efficiency of the chip itself, such as the influence of current and voltage.

The Application of Peltier Modules

For outdoor communication base stations and high-density control power sources, due to environmental and geographical limitations, it is impossible to install an air conditioner at high altitudes. Therefore, installing a thermoelectric module inside the communication base station box is the best choice to dissipate the high-density heat inside.
What Are the Types of Thermoelectric Cooler Assemblies?

Generally, during the application process, due to the characteristics of thermoelectric modules, a large amount of condensate will be condensed. We control the condensate by using high-performance insulation cotton or waterproof foam, which can prevent the occurrence of condensate. At the same time, we also control the circuit design. Under the influence of temperature sensing points, we adjust the cooling capacity based on temperature. At the same time, we will also use reverse current to heat the thermoelectric module, which means that the cold side of the principle becomes a hot side under the action of reverse current, which can solve the problem of condensation.
