The challenge lies in designing an IGBT water cooling plate that can deliver optimal heat dissipation performance.In general, there are several steps to consider in relation to the cooling performance of the IGBT.

The choice of material for heat dissipation is of utmost importance. Generally, aluminum alloy is a more prevalent option due to its exceptional thermal conductivity and strength. Copper, on the other hand, is also commonly used as it surpasses aluminum in terms of heat conduction.
