For the early development, thermal analysis software Ansys Icpak and Flothermal, which can be used to make thermal design plans for customer engineers. After sample testing, structural engineers can make optimized production processes and cost-effective solutions; in terms of production, we have a complete production line, including CNC precision machining, soldering of high-power heat sinks with heat pipes, production of skived fin heat dissipation, production of brazing process, production of friction stir welding, thermal resistance testing of various process heat sinks, flow resistance of liquid cold plates, Pressure holding, leak testing, etc., as well as product cleaning, degreasing, chromate coating and other surface treatment.
